Dr. Meredith grew up in South Florida and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA in 2004. Before chiropractic, she served over two years in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, focusing on preventative healthcare education — a commitment to helping others that defines her practice to this day.

She is bilingual, board certified, and licensed in both Alabama and Florida, with certifications in Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, NAET, and Pediatric Chiropractic. She treats patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors.
